1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform's premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds for the remainder of the billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy (Razorpay Compliance)
Due to the digital nature of our SaaS platform, we generally offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your initial purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the software within the first 7 days of your first payment, please contact our support team at the email provided on our Contact page to request a full refund.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds are not applicable to renewal payments unless requested within 24 hours of the renewal charge.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming social media APIs) are not eligible for a refund.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
