Data Deletion Instructions (Facebook & Instagram Compliance)
According to Facebook's Platform Rules, we must provide a clear and simple way for you to delete your data from our systems. If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to PJ Digital Marketing and wish to remove our app's access and delete your associated data, please follow these steps:
Method 1: Natively from Facebook
- Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy.
- Click on Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
- Search for PJ Digital Marketing and click Remove.
- This will immediately revoke our API access.
Method 2: From Your Dashboard
- Log into your PJ Digital Marketing account.
- Navigate to the Integrations or Channels page.
- Click on the Disconnect or Delete button next to your Facebook/Instagram connection.
- This will permanently delete the authentication tokens from our database.
Method 3: Full Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your entire PJ Digital Marketing account and all associated data, please send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Your data will be permanently wiped within 48 hours.
