Video exhibits the second that Olympic kitesurfer Bruno Lobo rescues a girl who seemed to be drowning at sea.
The athlete was practising with a brand new digicam, whereas kitesurfing off the coast of São Luís in Brazil when he heard somebody screaming.
Lobo, who can also be an orthopaedic physician, helped the girl onto his again and used his kite to hold her to the shore.
The girl appeared to satisfy buddies on the shoreline and stroll off the seashore. “I solely did my responsibility” and was “in the fitting place on the proper time” Lobo stated in a self-filmed video on Instagram.
The athlete stated he needed to make use of the chance to warn folks on social media that “the ocean is basically very harmful” and “the tide can pull you out to sea”.
