By accessing or using the PJ Digital Marketing Signature Generator (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately.

2. Description of Service

PJ Digital Marketing provides an online tool for the generation of digital signature images and autographs. This service is provided "as-is" for the convenience of our users.

3. Legal Validity of Signatures

The signatures generated by this Service are images designed for digital representation. While digital signatures are recognized under laws such as the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) in the United States and eIDAS in the European Union, the legal acceptance of any specific signature remains the responsibility of the user. PJ Digital Marketing is not a Certificate Authority (CA) and does not provide cryptographic verification services.

4. Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to generate and download signatures for personal and professional use. You agree not to use the Service for any fraudulent activity, including the impersonation of other individuals or entities.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, design, and font technologies used in this Service are the property of PJ Digital Marketing and its licensors. The resulting signature image downloaded by you is your property for the purposes of your own documents and creative works.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide this tool without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

PJ Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to the legal rejection of a digital signature by a third party.
