Surely the biggest problem we have in the world is that we all die. but we don't have a technology to solve that, right? so the point is not to prioritize problems; the point is to prioritize solutions to problems.

By our attitude, we decide to read, or not to read. by our attitude, we decide to try or give up. by our attitude, we blame ourselves for our failure, or we blame others. our attitude determines whether we tell the truth or lie, act or procrastinate, advance or recede, and by our own attitude we and we alone actually decide whether to succeed or fail.

If you want your children to relate to the culture you live in, if you want to train them outside of the general system, you have to tell your children that ordinary children tend to say things like 'i can run faster than you; i can draw better than you; i know things you don't know'. you have to tell them what normal children are like. normal children are messed up and you have to tell them about that. but if you instruct your child in high correlation with the physical world, they won't be able to relate with normal children. normal means mixed up as i use the word.

I don't think either party has any idea what's headed their way. their business is to remain mired in process. they call it deliberation, thoughtful, reasonable deliberation. trump doesn't know any of that. trump is not a process guy. to him, process is delay. process is obfuscation. process is incompetence. people engaging in process are a bunch of people masking the fact they don't know what they're doing, and he has no time for 'em and no patience.

When you look around at the six people that you spend the most time with, that's who you are. i think that in making those decisions in who you are going to be married to, who your friends are going to be, those are really huge, critical, life decisions. who gets to talk to you everyday, is almost like the food that you eat. it is a very huge critical situation to choose who the people are that you are spending your life with, spending your time with and who you are choosing to give your love and everything to.

A positive mental attitude is the right mental attitude. what is the right mental attitude? it is most often comprised of the "plus" characteristics symbolized by such words as faith, integrity, hope, optimism, courage, initiative, generosity, tolerance, tact, kindliness, and good common sense. a person with positive mental attitude aims for high goals and constantly strives to achieve them.
