The disappearance of two sisters in Aberdeen every week in the past isn’t a felony inquiry, police have confirmed.
Eliza and Henrietta Huszti, each 32 and initially from Hungary, have been final seen in Market Road at Victoria Bridge at about 02:12 on Tuesday 7 January.
The sisters – who’re from a set of triplets – reside in Aberdeen metropolis centre, after transferring to Scotland a number of years in the past.
Police Scotland’s Supt Davie Howieson stated one idea was the sisters had disappeared after going into the water.
Talking at a media occasion by the River Dee, he stated: “There aren’t any suspects, this isn’t a felony inquiry this can be a lacking individuals inquiry.”
He stated the power had a “variety of hypotheses” and so they have been remaining open-minded when it comes to what could have occurred.
One of many most important theories was that the sisters had entered the water within the space being searched.

He stated the alarm was raised by the owner of the sisters.

Supt Howieson stated the sisters appeared to have been dwelling a traditional life in Aberdeen.

“All the pieces that now we have gleaned to this point means that they have been fortunately dwelling this life in Aberdeen working, socialising with buddies and holding in contact with household in a wholly regular method.”
“We stay extraordinarily involved for Eliza and Henrietta as our searches enter a second week,” he stated.
