Liverpool: Driving instructor fined for illegal parking during lesson

A learner driver and their teacher who parked on double yellow strains as a result of the scholar needed to go to a store have registered an entire fail – after they had been noticed by police and fined.

Officers had been on patrol in Liverpool metropolis centre once they seen the car with its L plates parked up in London Highway on Saturday.
