Followers who’ve been ready for the movie adaptation of Metallic Gear Stable could have simply gotten one step nearer to seeing the favored online game come to life. Oscar Isaac, who performed X-Wing pilot Poe Dameron in all three of the third Star Wars trilogy installments, has been chosen to play the position of Snake, the sport’s gruff however heroic protagonist, in response to a report Friday from Deadline.
The movie is predicated on the traditional Konomi sport Metallic Gear Stable, which first launched on PlayStation in 1998. In it, gamers tackle the position of Snake, a Rambo-like solitary soldier, who should infiltrate a nuclear weapons facility and take out an enemy recognized solely as Foxhound. The sport itself is the fourth installment of a franchise that started in 1987 and included a sport for the unique Nintendo Leisure System.
