Joe Biden fly swatter sells out after buzzy visitor lands on Mike Pence during debate

Throughout Wednesday night time’s debate between Vice President Mike Pence and Sen. Kamala Harris, a now-famous fly landed on Pence’s hair and stayed there for 2 minutes, apparently unnoticed by the VP. Viewers noticed it, nonetheless, and so did the Biden-Harris marketing campaign. 

The marketing campaign acted uh, on the fly, by instantly placing a fly swatter up on the market on its official web site. The $10 swatter has offered almost 35,000 models, in accordance with the marketing campaign, and is now offered out.

The blue fly swatter has the phrases, “Reality Over Flies” and “Biden Harris” printed on it. 

After Pence’s run-in with the fly at Wednesday night time’s debate in Salt Lake Metropolis, Biden’s official Twitter account instantly posted a photograph of Biden holding a swatter, and the phrases, “Pitch in $5 to assist this marketing campaign fly.” 

The swatters went on sale shortly afterward. “Oh yeah, we did that,” McNamara tweeted.

Not everybody accredited of the swatters. Folks for the Moral Therapy of Animals said on its site that it was sending the Biden marketing campaign a “humane bug catcher,” a tool that captures bugs alive to allow them to be safely put exterior.

Wednesday’s occasion was the one vice presidential debate scheduled. Two extra presidential debates are scheduled for Oct. 15 and Oct. 22, however President Donald Trump said Thursday that he wouldn’t take part in a digital debate.
