Einride is taking its driverless, electric trucks global – Roadshow

The T-Pod was simply the beginning for Swedish trucking startup Einride.


We have coated Swedish firm Einride and its electrical, driverless T-Pod and T-Log automobiles, however now, in line with an announcement made on Thursday, the corporate is taking its tech international.

Particularly, it is going to provide the subsequent era of its short-to-medium-distance electrical and Level 4 autonomous trucks to clients all over the world with the main focus being on use in closed fenced amenities, ports and harbors together with some public roads. This drayage work is similar to what Einride has been working on with its first-generation automobiles.

The brand new pods can be often called Autonomous Electrical Transports (AETs) and can go by the mannequin designation AET-1, -2, -Three and 4.
